Gas will be charges on a ‘per unit used’ basis, and billed at
the end of your stay, this sum will be deducted from your Security
deposit. |

| A security deposit of £200 or Credit
Card details, is payable at the time of the final booking. This is refunded in full unless any breakages
or damage has been incurred at the property. Refund of this deposit is made within 2 weeks
of the departure date. During the cooler months of October
– May, the security deposit will be £300, in order to cover the heating
costs |

Cleaning /Cooking Charges |

Cleaning charges are not included in the rental prices and are charged at the end of your stay, we will either deduct it from your security deposit, or charge your credit card. Cleaning costs are charged at a rate of £20 per room for towels and laundry, and £10 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per apartment for cleaning. Should the cleaning take longer at the end of your stay, we will advise you of this prior to invoicing you. For Mid week laundry and towel change is £20 per room. Upon Request Daily cleaning - £10 an hour. For preparing and cooking lunch or dinners - £30 per hour. |
