Casa Isabella

Casa Isabella is a unique villa set right on the shores of Lake Bracciano, in the heart of the Roman countryside. It sits in the middle of its own beautiful grounds of over an acre, and is reached through wrought iron gates at the end of a private lane.

The English style, beautifully kept mature gardens with lawns, shrubs and trees offer plenty of shade and lead down to the lake, with direct access to a secluded volcanic sandy beach with wooden jetty.
Ground Floor of the Villa

The spacious and very pleasantly furnished accommodation comprises of an arched porch, which leads into the marble floored entrance hall. To the right though an archway is a very large, elegant living room with travertino marble flooring, antique furniture, marble topped coffee tables, grand piano, and large double-glazed doors opening out onto the semi circular patio with beautiful views down the garden to the lake. There is a good sized light, airy and well-equipped kitchen reached from the hallway, with patio double glazed doors leading to a shaded side terrace.

The main hallway leads to an inner hallway and the bedroom and bathrooms. There are two large bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, to which an occasional bed can be added if necessary. There are two modern, beautifully finished bathrooms, each with shower, basin, WC and bidet.

The upper floor of the villa is on two levels, comprising of two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, to which an occasional bed can also be added. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen giving onto a well-appointed lounge, conservatory and sun terrace, with spectacular views down the garden to the lake. There is a beautifully finished, modern bathroom, with a shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.

The whole villa is in excellent decorative order.

There is no smoking anywhere in the villa.


There are three lively and atmospheric towns around the lake

Bracciano
Trevignano Anguillara

The main town of Bracciano, which is only 2 kms from the villa, Trevignano, and Anguillara.


Bracciano

Bracciano is dominated by a magnificent, mediaeval castle, which can be seen from the villa. All these towns have numerous restaurants, shops, street markets and promenades and offer frequent and efficient train and bus services into Rome.

The lakeshore near Bracciano is dotted with delightful restaurants, beaches and facilities for the hire of pedalos, canoes, windsurfers and rowing boats. Tennis and sailing are also available locally.
